Alsace in the heart of Paris
Nestled in the 10th arrondissement, Elsass is a restaurant that brings Paris and Alsace into dialogue through a single common thread: the wines of the Alsatian terroir.
Our conviction is simple: the richness of Alsatian grape varieties and terroirs offers an infinite palette of nuances, still too little known in the capital. We wanted to make it our signature.
To showcase these wines, we've chosen a gastronomic French cuisine, demanding yet rooted in tradition. Just as with wine, we believe in the diversity and strength of our culinary heritage. A few nods to Alsace punctuate our dishes, a subtle homage to flavorful memories. And because wine is above all about pleasure, you don't need to be a connoisseur to appreciate it: everyone is welcome, whether they come out of curiosity, a love of good food, or a passion for wine. Elsass is a place for sharing, where we take pleasure in talking about Alsace, tasting it, and rediscovering it. A restaurant where we take care of you, because it's you who allow us to live our passion. Guillaume & Johan
A modern winstub praised by the guides
Between tradition and modernity, Elsass impresses with its authenticity and attention to detail, noted by both enthusiasts and gastronomic guides.

Elsass reinterprets Alsace, far from the clichés.
"Here, everything revolves around Alsatian wines, the only ones on the menu, and a modern cuisine that showcases them. The sauerkraut, a nod to the local produce, takes on unexpected forms: as crispy croquettes or accompanying homemade white pudding and confit pork belly."

Elsass: the chic embassy of Alsatian cuisine, a stone's throw from Goncourt.
"This former garage has been transformed into a spacious restaurant – for once, the tables aren't too close together!"
